Japanese chemicals company DIC made the offer for PCAS Canada in early May and the French complex molecules specialist has now accepted following authorization by its board of directors.

As the sale is not subject to any conditions, the transaction is expected to close in the coming days.

PCAS Canada specializes in the synthesis, development and custom manufacturing of ingredients for products used in the electronics industry, as well as producing organic molecules for pharmaceuticals.
